Celebration of Light

Diwali or deepavali is widely celebrated festival of lights for Hindus around the globe.
New wears are worn adults and children. Special dishes are prepared, cookies and cakes are served for friends,relatives and loved ones to usher the festival.

Two years have passed since I met again with my good buddy Haliza. We had lunch at Kokopelli Travellers Bistro, Jalan Bukit PJ. It was a windy afternoon and we preferred to lunch indoor instead.
I love the entrance of the bistro and the bungalow was decorated well and English like. I ordered mushroom soup, yee me hailam, The purple drink and Haliza next with Mee Kungfu with dash of warm water.

Hmmm, the soup was yummy. thick and nice with a garlic bread to dip.

Taste another type..Briyani
